The Provincial Nominee Programs have always faced this challenge. They may offer easy admission to Canada but are not necessarily where the jobs are or where the newcomers want to settle. They are often nothing more than a transit station...ie PEI.

Pear city Mohali buyers are good faith purchasers. Buyers are paying EMI on the loans taken. With the uncertainty, Neither can they make houses to live in nor can they afford to stop EMI payments. Please help resolve this.
