    Considering male lions sleep on average 20 hours a day and spend the 4 hours they're awake attempting to copulate, eating & licking their own bollocks I'd say this was a pretty accurate metaphor.

    is no ordinary achievement. It’s a novel with so much warmth in the dark, told so beautifully, with so many characters that will go on living you, that it feels like a truly great American novel. Pity He’s written a book to love and to live up to.

    I pop up in this, out today on Netflix, perfect watching for the bunker. And working with this hilarious, ridiculous, brilliant man was a real highlight of last year.

    Amidst all the uncertainty and disruption in the world fantasy adventure series “The Letter for the King” drops 20th March at approximately 9:30am GMT where I play parody Sir Fantumar. Let the gifs begin!

    I’m not sure what I’m more excited by: how refers to me by post, or the fact that he’s sent me his new book which literally everyone says is AMAZING. I’ve started it, I’m loving it. It’s perfect reading for your panic room in beautiful physical copy, ebook or audio.

    I generally try and retweet this kind of thing because it’s another way of thanking people for reading and because I’m a self-aggrandising show pony.

    I had good intentions of decluttering in the attic today, thought I’d just read for an hour and then work. But all plans were put on hold, as I had to finish The girls beneath by An unusual surprise of a psychological thriller.
