Rare Bird publishes its own books, yes. This Tynes book is published by another publisher, though, California Coldblood (CCB), and sub-distributed by Rare Bird. That means that CCB is the publisher and Rare Bird distributes their books as an imprint.

I think a couple overreactions are involved but it goes back to what you said! Keep that energy and nobody’s lives gotta be ruined. She coulda kept her veiled racism to her bigoted self and worked on her happiness lol

I agree it’s a crappy thing to do, but what makes you think this Jordanian author is racist? Maybe she’s just an asshole. If the Metro subway employee eating was a different race she would have ignored it? That’s what people are implying? What’s the basis for that? Past remarks?
