Oriental Mindoro is a province of 564,128 voters. In 2016, Robredo also won Oriental Mindoro getting 141,410 votes vs Marcos’ 71,808. But where they’re headed to is more crucial — Batangas, part of Calabarzon the top most vote rich region with a combined 9.1 million voters.
