Thanks for the reference, it's interesting. What I'm doing here is in many ways simpler - each control point is being interpolated completely independently. But something like this might be useful to make the UX more intuitive.

Yes, that’s what I was figured. ARAP would also require that you mesh the interior of the font. With curved elements none the less. I‘m not sure how this could work automatically (using sth. like TriWild) yet as you need consistent meshes for all „poses“.
