    Trying to make a largish cash withdrawal from HSBC is virtually impossible. They won't allow you to do it without advance notice, but they don't allow you to phone a branch directly to give notice. They seriously are the worst fucking bank in Britain.

    The Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre closes its doors for the last time this week before it is demolished. Opened in 1965 loved and hated in equal measure. It was for me part of growing up in the 60s and 70s in Southwark.
