Having talked to him with a bit more details than he has explained on the statement, Id agree that is difficult to tell what really happened. So, please don't speculate.

So the iRacing cult bullied him into dropping everything. This is just another example of why I don't think iR will ever be close to as good as it should be.

Totally this. This is one of the reason I'm not super excited about joining this 'community'.

Thanks for informing us man. F'ing sad... glad I watched through the whole PRC Trackside playlist in a week. Shame on whoever from iRacing is behind this. No riots but something needs to be changed after we get more info. Absolutely disgusting stuff

Me too. I just got exposed to Austin's content last week, and I think that his criticisms are very fair and open. So sad we're losing it.

He was personally attacking some people in a fairly bullying way which is generally against these social media platforms terms of service. I. Doubt it was the compilation vid, nothing really wrong with that

I'm no one, just a random dude in twitter, but in my opinion i've seen a pattern, dont know exactly about what and why. since 2012 in iRacing and will not renew in this month, too politcs, too professional and too serious things. is not the same anymore and is not worth it, imho.

IMO, the truth lies somewhere in the middle. It's sad to see these things happen. But Look at it from the other perspective. If I was to start a slander campaign against a certain YouTube channel, or any brand (true or false) the owner would prob try to stop me from doing so.

The more Sim Racing becomes popular, and the more money and corporate brands become involved, the more we will see a reflection of the real business world. The time this was just a nice hobby for motorsport fans, seems to be over. You can already see the community is divided.
