So, I quit vaping a week ago. Cold turkey. I still think it's a lot safer than smoking, but I wanted to remove a risk factor. Nicotine is an effective nootropic and seems to help with mental stability, but I was using it like a shock collar for my brain and it wasn't healthy.

Unexpected changes i’ve noticed: my skin is clearer, and I feel less crappy (of the low-grade chronic inflammation variety) in general. Expected changes(exacerbated by the apocalypse):I am now eating ALL the chocolate.
