has anyone who’s had poor sleeping habits for all/most of their lives ever turned it around? is that something that can be done

Depends on what you mean by that but working night shift forced me to develop better habits and then moving to a super early shift forced me to actually use them. I am now a morning person with only moderately poor sleeping habits
