Kasparov is always going around criticizing everyone in the West for "appeasement" while never offering any actual proposals for what should be done. With enemies like Garry Kasparov, Putin doesn't need friends.

Heroism is culturally relative. Depends on cultural narratives of what’s good & evil. To some ppl in the Middle East, these folks were just as heroic as the Ukrainians r to Americans. To many Russians their soldiers r heroic, just like US soldiers in Iraq were to many Americans.
