    It's not just environmental toxins. Paternal age, smoking, and other exposures can damage sperm and affect children's health. My book GUYnecology offers an explanation for why we are only now learning about the significance of men's reproductive health.

    starting off, noting the importance of ’s book due to the pelvic exam’s practical & affective complexity — it is at once routinized & unpleasant, regulated & horrific — embedded in a long history of debates over medical socialization and patient rights

    This is mind-boggling. Legislation has been introduced (HF 515) that would create a dystopian "digital marketing system" of pregnant women in Iowa so the government could track them down and talk them out of an abortion.
