2. Do you sell off your non-performing loans along with PII to third-parties to write them off from your balance sheet. And let them do whatever it takes to recover them?

When I won’t take their bullshit, a “senior” manager came on the call and asked me to “can you check your phone book, bro and see if you have the contact details” of the other Rajat they were looking for.

Multiple claims made by reps in a single call. First, claimed I had verified an OTP when the loan taker had added me as a reference. They claimed I was commuting fraud and I’m the person who took the loan because we share the same name and Rajat flashed on Truecaller

Super impressed by LensKart. Tried them on a whim and my complicated prescription glasses got delivered to me within 48 hours of getting my eyes tested at their store. I just wish they had more options for frames but having everything in-house is their biz model.

So far, my favourite feature is what they call visual look up. It cuts out subjects from photos — it’s pretty neat.

For me, the upgrade initially broke the Wi-Fi and data connectivity. Nothing that a good ol’ switch it off and power back again routine can’t fix. Overall, iOS 16 feels much snappier. My iPhone 13 does feel new and shiny all over again.
