Been thinking a lot about what comes after “free software” & “open source.” Both terms were coined when the tech industry (& the world) was a very different place. I think we’ve outgrown them.

I think the phrase “digital sovereignty” applies. I don’t remember where I heard it. It means sovereignty over your devices and sovereignty over your data. These things have changed with the dawn of the digital era, we need to regain control.
