Trip.com, one of largest online travel companies at 30K employees, has 172 people age 50+ in its ranks, acc to its 2021 ESG report, 0.5% of sworkforce. Couldn't find equivalent #s for other online travel cos, would love to. Admittedly China is young pop, but still.
