  1. News24 did an article about the boycott! I would like to say that in the vid when I say that small things make a difference it's NOT the full quote. I added that it's good but not enough. We need to see immediate and drastic action! ? shared via

Someone came to me today and told me not to stop protesting. She told me I'm making a difference. That people at her church are talking about me. It's sparking discussion. This boycott is scary but it's so damn worth it. Change is coming.

A huge thank you to everyone - those in the photos and others besides - who stayed back for an hour and a half after school today to sort crisp packets and coffee pods out from the rubbish to be recycled. We collected 16.2kg of recycling!! Great work everyone.

Hey guys! Support your activists. You don't have to join us to support us. It's a massive sacrifice and we don't expect you to or begrudge you for not joining. But let us know when you support us. Acknowledge us. It's a hard and lonely fight sometimes. We need the love.

Governments and corporations only have two choices: 1. Help fight the climate crisis. 2. Do nothing and thus continue to contribute to the crisis. Choose wisely: the youth is watching.

I love Greta but why did it take a white European climate activist for people to start paying attention to Africa when there have been thousands of African, POC activists that have been speaking about climate change in Africa for years?

Today was good, joining and supporting with her Friday school boycott. South Africa has a lot of work to do so we can get solid . The is only going to get worse if we remain quiet. Young people need to unite to fight for our futures ❤️
