    Wonder Woman 1984 is very dumb. I cant tell if they never wrote a second draft of the script, of if they wrote about 50 drafts, and haphazardly cut and pasted them together. It plays as if they think the audience is so wowed by action that any consistent logic isn’t necessary.

    Ive started apologizing aloud to the people in my life who I have hurt, even though they aren’t present. It’s quite cathartic. If I could I would do it in person, but it still feels good to release.

    Take five minutes, go to a quiet space, lie on your back, and do some belly breathing exercises. Exit the noise of modernity. Get off twitter. Let your stress hormones recede. Care about yourself. Extend that care to others.
