nonbinary: can be a big step and scary identifier at first, but if it feels right (i had a gut feeling sort of), go with it! you can always try it out and see if it works! nonbinary can mean anything you want it to, and you don't have to conform to anyones else's standards. 1/3?

you can be be male/female aligned, fem/masc aligned, or anything in between. to me, nonbinary just means not 100% male or female. you don't have to use certain prns, have dysphoria, etc; you can just go with what feels right and comfortable in the moment. if it's a solid- 2/3

(trans man): you don't have to present masculine to be a trans man. You don't even have to feel 100% like a man. Your transition and identity are only defined by you, not by others.

Non-binary woman is not an oxymoron. If you feel like the label of woman fits you, but not necessarily enough to just say "I'm a woman", like you're not /quite/ there, then the label is yours to use.

And yes. People will judge you for it. Yes, they'll say it doesn't make sense. But that's because they're transphobes with no understanding of gender outside "man, woman, neither". Don't let it get to you. There'll always be someone who doesn't understand.
