Well, we've been going out once a day. We call it "The Freshening" which sounds like a National Book Award Winner or a Stephen King horror novel. That last part aside, so far so good, and you'll prob feel better if you get some vitamin D.

My spouse and I go for a walk at 7am and the only other people we usually see are the occasional dogwalker, and sanitation employees doing garbage pickup on Thursday mornings. We call this our "commute" to help divide Home Time from Work From Home Time.

I take a walk every morning! I'm in Kensington/Windsor Terrace but I find if I walk on smaller streets and often pick roads where I can just walk into the road if needed, it's super easy to stay away form people and sometimes I just stand. in. the. sun.
-
Agreed. I live in the same area and typically walk my dog on the major parkway, but there's a little bit too many people out there taking walks all at the same time.

Mask on. Keep your distance. Wash when you get home.

I go for a walk almost every day. I go early in the morning or at dusk, there aren’t that many people out and it’s easy to avoid others by crossing the street. I always feel better when I go for a walk.
-
I do the same! Yesterday I walked more than 9 miles and felt so good to be out in the fresh air (also sleep much better)

Yes, take a walk, if you are worried of people near, walk in the early morning or later at night. Day walk is best because you can take in the vit d from the sun. Use a mask.
