#IMCC5 @AliceInWaterlnd: for filter feeders, overlap of critical feeding habitat with plastic pollution leads to high exposure scenarios. For megafauna (like whale sharks) which high energetic demands, they take in a lot of water to meet feeding needs -> more plastic intake

#IMCC5 @ConsLevin: recognizing this limitation, practise science as a ‘team sport’, try to confront issues from power relations among individuals and disciplines, stay transparent from inception onwards (put out biases for discussion), & harness disagreements as a source of info
