    My wife just confessed that for her entire childhood she thought Colonel Sanders’ bow tie was his whole body and now I can’t stop seeing a tiny stick body every time I look at him.

    Hey Rod - I always appreciate your views but this is a pretty outlandish claim to put out there without evidence.

    NPR reports this morning about right-wing radicalization. Fair enough. It's a real and important story. But cannot see how radical the Left has become in the eyes of moderates and conservatives, because it too has been radicalized to the Left.

    I sort of prefer when you go off-roading.

    The big problem with doing so early in the morning is you can't tell how tired your brain still is until you start talking and then it's too late. I'm not sure I had full control of my mental steering wheel. Now, off to walk dogs in the dark.

    Grim news from my hometown. Many people there ignored recommendations and had big family gatherings over Thanksgiving.

    Idaho Falls Community Hospital's ICU is on divert, and has had to turn down three transfer requests from other hospitals in the last week. All of their ventilators are in use; They've ordered four more, which will arrive soon.
