    Hey Democrats, Hey Republicans: If you care *so much* about respecting personal religious views, then why aren't you insisting that Barrett answer to the Constitution's promise of church-state separation, the only guarantee of true religious freedom?

    As a law professor, was part of a pro-life faculty group that passed a resolution calling on the university to rescind an award given to then-Vice President Biden because of his beliefs on abortion. But that's not all ... 1/2

    Just take in for a minute that a President who proclaims he is for the First Amendment and Free Speech has banned the use of terms like "white privilege" in government trainings. Proud to be part of a community like that takes action.

    We're proud to join & 100+ of other civil rights orgs to condemn the Trump administration's move to censor race and gender equity training.

    Here are Alito and Thomas—looking to grant religious privilege again- in this case to those who want special religious exemptions from public safety orders (endangering their own and all of our communities).

    It’s obvious that Roberts, Kavanaugh, and the liberals just want to get this abortion case off their plate until the election is over. Maybe Gorsuch, too. What’s fascinating is Alito’s dissent, joined by Thomas, which openly attacks covid lockdown orders.

    Wait, so a virtual debate is not good enough for voters to choose a President for the next four years but virtual hearings are good enough to confirm a Supreme Court Justice for a lifetime? Another data point in Trump/GOP self-serving hypocrisy.
