BALLOT QUESTION LATEST — nearly all of New York State's 15,554 districts are reporting in-person results and this still stands:

fwiw: early last night, most of NYC's vote totals were reported quickly — and it looked like all 5 proposals would pass.
then as upstate + suburban counties reported, many of them split against Props 1, 3 and 4. results by county here: nyenr.elections.ny.gov

In The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, a plurality of voters approved Proposals 3 and 4. But in those same boroughs, between 17% and 27% of voters left those questions blank.
