It means a high percent of fathers in America now are "househusbands" who can't get good jobs and stay home with the kids. I know one.
Dads today say they spend triple the time on childcare than dads did in 1965. Does that mean gender parity on that key 21st metric: parental guilt? sadly not all fathers can spend time with their kids. Some great fathers are kicked out of the kids life because the mother has more money and anger
