    Picked up the 25th anniversary edition of Allan Bloom’s THE CLOSING OF THE AMERICAN MIND. The foreword by Saul Bellow is annoying. The preface by Bloom is inspiring. And the new afterword by Andrew Ferguson is just a delight.
