The worst thing for him was to know of his own enormous value and had never received the deserved recognition during the existence as Franz Kafka, Marcel Proust, James Joyce, Rainer Maria Rilke ... were not the times of immediate recognition as it is at present days

I adore Pessoa!! Thank you for this great pic! Do you happen to know which tavern that was? I understand he loved the Café Martinho da Arcada, but I wonder if its the Brasiliera perhaps?
