The Turkana do, but not with that pattern as far as I have seen. Also Frank is right - Kenya wasn't Kenya per se in 1909

I guess back then, as East Africa protectorate, boundaries were rather vague ergo tribes

Gikuyu (men and women) practised scarification. Also prevalent among the maa. But yeah..nothing in that design.

But still... The Dik Dik.we have them in Mpeketoni & Witu area right now.Unless in 1909 we had them in Mombasa because it was not developed
