Out of curiosity, when you wrote this story, were you already thinking of writing The Wrong End of the Telescope or did writing the story sparked your imagination and inspired you to write the novel?

No, it was separate, but it was a part of a longer story. I was writing the novel with a different narrator but then Mina migrated into the novel.
