I made acorn squash with maple syrup and pomegranate and red pepper a couple days ago and it was delish. Probably would be great with an even more intense pomegranate flavor.

I will add that to my list of cooking for next year’s Thanksgiving, as we will have a menu of foods from Lebanon (Persian food.) This year we did the foods of Vietnam. Meal was a huge success, all with fresh ingredients. No turkey. This was our 13th country. Thanks. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. 😋.
