Is that an actual Van Der Weyden? Can find many references and one suggests "workshop of", which just looking at it I'd be inclined to agree. It is certainly similar in style to these but seemingly not of the same standard:

👍 Not that it matters that much. It's funny to me that while the differing quality of the face and head wear is pretty obvious, the hands are very similar. Suggest to me that his workshop did most/all the hands, which is fair enough since they are a pain in the ass 🙂
