The apricot tree across the street fruited this year (yay!), about a month earlier than normal (boo), and I'm now spending the next two days making jam.

If you have a lot, might I suggest apricot leathers, or as we call it in Lebanon, Amareddine (not named after me, but it should have been!) I don't know how to make it, but if you're interested, I might be able to put you in touch with a few who might. It's heavenly
