Turnout in 2016 was 55.7%. You're going to get a lot more votes going for that 44% who didn't vote than trying to pry a few vote out of the 25.7% who voted for Trump.

So far. It's still only September 10, and almost 200k have succumbed to COVID, while most of the West Coast is on fire, and hurricane season is still going on in the Atlantic.
