will taking a break from social media help my depression or make me feel more isolated? i can't decide what the right thing to do is here

Am leaning towards yes I prob should take a break? Depression means my normally already socially anxious self is convinced everyone hates me and I feel like social media exacerbates those anxieties

FWIW, I'm taking a break. Not sure for how long. I do this every now and then but right now, I'm way too blue and my being on Twitter all the time isn't helping.
