Please. I'm not worried about my appearance. I am about my health. My sugar numbers were high before this and now I'm eating ice-cream or cookies every day. Of course I'm loving it but . . .

YMMV, but I find frozen bananas to be a good substitute (can't eat ice cream). Still high in sugar, but prob. less than ice cream or cookies, & a little goes a long way. Satisfying too, b/c of fiber, & I think the potassium helps my mood. And they don't make me crave more sugar.
