One of the finest sandwiches I’ve eaten is so easy to make. All it takes is strained yogurt (or labne). Salt. Olive oil. Pitted olives. Put it all on a pita or if you can get it Arabic or mountain bread. Roll it right up. So good. Why did it take olives & yogurt so long to meet?!

If it's fresh from a bakery in Lebanon, it can be rolled easily.
Also, try adding Za3tar the next time.
