I love Levine. I'd forgotten how good this poem is.

Glad you enjoyed! I can’t find it online, but William Stafford wrote a lively essay/review about Levine’s poetry; it’s in the Stafford collection called CROSSING UNMARKED SNOW. Worth reading; Stafford’s admiration is warmly expressed.
