How do “YOU” feel about “VIEWERS and “STREAMERS using other content creators emotes in your chat? 
Honestly, I don’t mind it.
You’ve paid “GOOD” money to be able to use/enjoy them.
Sometimes I feel like I can’t use my own/others emotes in others channels.

If a channel operator is insecure enough to deny emotes from other channels, that's pretty telling. Also, if you don't feel comfortable expressing yourself in those channels, it goes a whole lot deeper than just the emotes.
