It's because the game is in a state of suckiness right now. Packs are overprices, there's still SBMM (except for the people on your team of course), and there's literally never any new content unless a holiday comes around. Let's be honest, none of us want a Hanukah Event.
Definitely agree with over priced items. And the new content, sad the easter egg in the firing range was exciting when it should be other things like content.
