    I think when an ionic modal (with animation) is closed immediately after opening (and before overlay is attached) it throws an exception overlay not found and it's not rethrown up to client code. .

    A friend told me that for some time he's been avoiding JavaScript since his dyslexia would cause bugs and IDE can't help catch them early. TypeScript and VSCode changed that and I'm grateful that the community now includes my friend.

    One of the management issues I’m wrestling with is the relationship btwn between managers + leaders. Some mgrs are leaders. Some leaders are not mgrs. But one thing that’s clear to me: for an inclusive culture to be built and sustained, a critical mass of mgrs need to be leaders
