I feel like there's bound to be at least 1A lawyer willing to appeal pro-bono given the attention this case has gotten. Or a MAGA lawyer.

What’s funny to me is that while this is exactly the kind of case the ACLU loves to take (and fundraise) on. My gut says these ppl would rather not appeal than accept their assistance
