Question: Do you think it's OK to report vulnerabilities if you stumble over them, ask nothing in reward (of course), but offer to do a full penetration test?
I just learned a new term - "beg bounty" ie scanning a network without permission and then asking to be paid for vulnerabilities found

Yes it needs to be carefully approached but i don’t see an issue in principle
