What should I do? I don't have time to focus on one of my side projects - 600 subs on mailing list - 8 new subs/week on average - 100 unique visitors/month (only) - No monetization yet Should I: 1. shut it? 2. let it die? 3. sell it? Fearing the time needed for a sale process

This is one of the worst communicated price increases I've seen. It harkens back to the Drip increase of 2019 (I was already gone, folks), and at least one of Intercom's. They did one thing right and made a lot of fumbles with this increase. Join me below for a looksy at both.

9 out of 10 cold DM I get are really, really bad. - No personalization - No value for me - Asking before giving People need to learn how to cold DM. Anyone built a course for this? I got a bunch of people to redirect 😅

For the past 3 days, I forced myself not to work a single minute. No Twitter, no Notion, no Slack. Nothing but fresh air + sleep. At first, I couldn't help thinking I was loosing time. In the end, I feel I never had as much energy as I have now. Rest, people. It's magical.
