    Okay, people. Let's calm the eff about that exit poll. It didn't sample mail in voters and they tended to be Dem/liberal. It only did exit interviews in eight states so that limits the data as well.

    An LGBT Pride flag at Minot City Hall caused such uproar the mayor said the council meeting got extra security due to threats. Councilwoman Carrie Evans went off, saying she's "proudly the first openly, elected lesbian in North Dakota" and "this city is big enough for all of us."

    then shoots and seriously injures a second man who was also trying to capture him. This ain't self defense. You cannot commit a murder then kill another person & injure a third who are trying to capture you as you are trying to flee the first crime scene.

    calls a friend to brag about killing someone as he flees the scene of his first murder with others in pursuit trying to capture a murderer. He trips and tries to disarm him and shoots and kills .

    So shoots perhaps as many as five times with an AR-15 after Rosenbaum tosses a plaistic bag at him. Rittenhouse is charged with reckless homicide in that killing. Hard to see how that is not intentional, but okay.
