The WHOLE POINT is to the change the entire culture. Not that everyone will be nice to each other but that we don’t just get used to it and accept harassment as the norm

Of course they should ban people that actually site harassment, and I don’t necessarily care about crowder as I don’t know that whole situation, but them “looking into harassment” isn’t good because that can be easily abused, and youtube has never been good with being fair.
