Figures just submitted an amendment that would make state lawmakers who vote for the bill pay for any legal fees related to the legislation.

To be clear, Chambliss is arguing that rape & incest exceptions are not needed because women can take preventive steps BEFORE knowing they're pregnant to avoid becoming pregnant.

This idea that young victims of incest will report rape with enough time to get emergency contraception is a fantasy.

Chambliss is asked about abortion exceptions for victims of incest. He says "yes, until the woman is known to be pregnant." So that is a no.
