If you are a law abiding citizen who lives in D6 like I do, I see the consequences all the time of no action being taken. I am sick and tired of being verbally abused, followed, hit and sexually solicited when I walk out the door. It has gotten way out of control.

There are no law abiding citizens in this land of mass incarceration, we are all inherently illegal, and commit an average of three felonies a day. Tenderloin is rough and the best way to clean up those streets is to move the problem to a stable indoor setting.
