No it shouldn’t. A federal judge agreed. KCBS did a 6-part series on it. This was when I first returned from Los Angeles not knowing how bad; dangerous, things became since I left. Then & today, there is no legislation that reprimands the DA for negligence, willful or otherwise.

Maybe there should be. For some people who are victims of crimes, it does change their lives and bad decisions from judges and lawyers can cause irreparable harm both physically and psychologically.
