Almost simultaneously when this was tweeted I got an email: "Your request to withdraw $2,022.17CAD using Express Bank Transfer has failed." There no details in the email explaining why it failed. What am I supposed to do?

I am in complete and utter shock right now. I knew Gerry Cotten their Founder & CEO. Going back to 2014 in Vancouver. The guy was a genius and a genuinely kind, down to earth person who was very innovative. Rest in Peace, Gerry. :(
