I wish all refugees/asylum seekers who were granted citizenship in free countries and now demanding sharia law or to be represented by Muslims get their asylum application reviewed by the government to check if the thing they ran from in their home country was sharia law or not!

  3. The most common response (from Muslims) is to comment on my physicality They’re helping me to highlight precisely why we have and why women fight to be because it perpetuates the mindset that women are nothing but sexual objects

  5. The irony of this Leave *you* alone? Do we beat, imprison, or kill you for wearing hijab? Why can’t we all coexist? Do we execute you for leaving Islam? Do we execute you for being LGBT? How about a tiny bit of introspection before you default to crying victim at every turn?

To everyone who is now free from hijab and free from many stone rules. Do not forget those who still do not have the choice of not wearing hijab within Western countries or Muslim countries. Having a choice is all that matters

As an Orthodox Jewish woman, now agnostic, I cover my hair as the price for keeping family peace, and to avoid social ostracism. It is chains. I despise it. I stand with all and our right to choose what we wear, free from all pressures, physical or social.
