    Here's my pitch: It's essentially Billy Madison, but Trump has to go through gradeschool again and prove basic competency at even the lowest passing level in order to run for a second term. If he can do that and pass WITHOUT help, we all shut our mouths. Your move, Republicans.

    I’m confused. How did we conclude that the best way to prepare kids for the future is to cluster them into a setting where they are organized by age, into grades, and forced to learn the same things, at the same time and pace, 7 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 12 + years? Huh?

    That's the subject line. It's a blank email. I don't know what it means, and I don't know what prompted it. The only glimmer I have left of this moment is a faint memory of thinking, "Ugh, 'whomever'" as my head sank into my pillow.

    Having refused medication since age 15 because I judged myself for not being able to “do it myself,” I finally gave in at age 30. Wish I’d done it sooner. I wonder where I’d be now if I’d been as stable at 24 as I am now at 34. (But I do love where I’m at now, so no regrets. 🙂)
