-it took me a couple rereads to reach exa's revelations- fine ofc, but if you want ra v2 to be immediately obvious it might not be? -"conventional stupidmetal" / "an actual God-damned cathode ray tube" = extremely good; i love how well your writing sets the mood and scene!
-missed the last chapter, but laura's laments to natalie are bittersweet- she's so close and yet so far. i've loved natalie in these last chapters too; she's a fascinating character!
